Teenage batsman/wicketkeeper Ben Draper celebrated a maiden Southern Electric Premier Division 3 century South Wilts' promotion chasing second team enhanced their elevation prospects with a massive 163-run win over Lymington II, who are now in relegation trouble.
The 17-year old hit a 13-boundary 106 as South Wilts posted daunting 297-7 before bowling the visitors out for 134 at Bemerton.
Draper's knock underpinned the large Lymington total, which included handy contributions from Tom Pearce (31) and Luke Hansford (41).
That was before Army all-rounder Stephen Booth arrived at the crease to maul an unbeaten 65 - off only 29 balls !
Booth smashed five sixes and five fours as Lymington's attack came under a pre-tea assault.
Oli Kelly, who returned and respectable 2-24, made 30 at the top of Lymington's reply, but otherwise only teenager Conor Moors (36) did much with the bat before Ben's father Paul Draper (3-14) came on to mop up the tail and complete a triumphant day for the family.
