Langley Manor are hot favourites to lift the Southern Premier League Division 3 title.
Going into the five-match home straight, they are a massive 36 points clear at the top.
They overwhelmed relegation threatened Lymington II, rushing the New Forest club out for a dismal 66 before romping to a ten-wicket win.
Ali Cheyne (3-12) did the initial damage for the Manor, while Azeem Hamid ripped out the tail, with a 5-15 return.
Connor Browne (35) and Dave Castle (25) completed the formalities.
Langley’s leadership position was strengthened by defeats for Fair Oak and Basingstoke & North Hants II, the second and third placed clubs.
Fair Oak were chopped down by Gosport Borough, for whom Lee Harrop hit 101 in a 228-run total.
Oaks were unable to respond, with only Will Brewster (42), Charlie Gwynne (39) and Ross Stewart (34) shining in a 178 reply.
Unable to travel to the Isle of Wight with Havant’s first team, Richard Hindley (89) was hugely influential in Havant II’s 51-run win over Basingstoke.
Hursley Park’s prospects of survival increased with a 45-run win over Waterlooville – Zimbabwean Boswell Chapungu 89 and 3-50 the key player – while Ryde are all but down after losing by 138 runs to St Cross Symondians II, for whom Paul Hawkins made 89 and Matt Perry-Lewis took 5-33.
