The 2016 season will live long in the memory at East Woodhay, who carried of a memorable Hampshire League championship and local T20 Plate double. Their T20 success came in the Cyril Thompson Plate at May's Bounty in late August when they beat strongly fancied Odiham & Greywell (161-8) of the last ball, Nick Bird hitting 74 and Dando 48 as they won by five wickets.
