Burridge took full advantage of a weakened Hampshire Academy side to bank 25 precious points from a massive 160-run win which lifted them out of the Southern Premier Division danger zone.
Interim skipper Joe Collings-Wells and Azim Choudhury led the way as Burridge posted 279-8 before dismissing the county hopefuls for a disappointing 119 on the Ageas Bowl Nursery Ground, Sully White (above), aided by some fine catching, wrecking their top order.
With two sixes and ten fours, Collings-Wells hit 76 to guide Burridge to 121-4 before handing the baton to Azim Choudhury, with a run-a-ball 60, Will Donald (38) and Jack Watson (24) to push the visitors to 279-8 declared.
Rowledge youngster Ethan Martin took 4-41 for the Academy, while debut making Hampshire U15 spinner Zack Basey bowled a tidy 14-over spell, taking 1-58.
A devastating new-ball blast by Sully White set up Burridge's second only win of the summer and ended a run of four successive losses.
After eight overs, the Academy were 32-4 - and White, who finished with 5-39, had got the lot, including Charlie Mumford for a second ball duck.
With Joe Eckland and Jude Wright also gone, the Academy were in a mess, with Winchester College's Wilf Fontaine-Jackson (25) the only batsman to keep his end up. They were dismissed for 119 in the 35th over.
