St Cross Symondians put a serious dent in the ECB Southern Premier League title ambitions of Bashley (Rydal), whom they beat by 64 runs at the Fagan/BCG.
Symondians' success was built around a 138-run further wicket partnership between Wilf La Fontaine Jackson (93) and Gaz Schreuder (84), who hit three sixes and 19 fours between them a stand which batted Bashley out of the contest.
Jack Bransgrove weighed in with a quick-fire 27 as St Cross closed at 273-7.
Bashley needed a similar top score but no one got 40 - Saif Achalzai (39), Michael Porter (36), Will Tripcony (35) and Dan Goodey all making positive starts.
Teen Ben Foster (3-45) played a decisive role with his off-spin removing three of Bashley's top four before Dan Goodey (31) hit him out of the attack. His previous eight overs cost only 27 runs.
Organ, with a tidy 3-19, dismissed three of the last four Bashley batters as the hosts closed 209-9.
A second only defeat leaves Bashley in third spot, 15 points adrift of leaders South Wilts with two to play.
