OTs & Romsey go to WEPL side Corsham, while St Cross Symondians must await the outcome of the preliminary round tie between Bristol West Indians and Royal Wootton Bassett before knowing who will be visiting the Green Jackets Ground.
South Wilts receive Burbage & Easton Royal at Bemerton, Waterlooville go to old rivals Middleton and Havant face relegated Surrey Championship side Weybridge, a side they met several times before.
Bashley (Rydal) get a first round bye, but will host either Bedminster or Bishopstone on May 11.
