Missed it ! But will Ryan Covey miss Liphook's visit to New Milton ?
New Forest duo New Milton and Sway, each hoping to be among the Southern Premier Division 2 promotion contenders, introduce newcomers for their respective curtain raisers against Liphook & Ripsley and at Fawley.
Cam and Teddy Golding have joined the Green & Golds from Ferndown Wayfarers, Cam having been Sherborne school 1st XI captain in 2022 while Teddy has been training with Hampshire Academy.
Ed Bartlett skippers New Milton, while Liphook big gun Ryan Covey, Portsmouth's best known soccer fan behind John Westwood, is undecided whether to journey to Fernhill or watch his beloved Blues take on Hull City at Fratton Park, a match Sway scorer Graham Symons will follow avidly.
New Milton: James Adams, Ollie Shrubsole, Thaakier Davids, Josh Parsons, Cam Golding, Ben Griffiths, Teddy Golding, Ed Bartlett,  Eddie Wooster, Ed Denham, Josh Bennett
Fresh from a successful bonding weekend on the Isle of Wight, Sway field a strong side for their visit to Fawley’s Abormac Ground. Matt Young and Tom Richards have moved from Hythe & Dibden.
The batting is strengthened with Will Crossley, Alex Hall and Aussie Thor Harradine all included.
Sway: Noble, Young, Crossley, Hall, Harradine, Steadman, Richards, Burton, Grasham, Thomas, Waller.
The other SPL2 matches are Hartley Wintney v Calmore Sports, Langley Manor v newly promoted Trojans, and Portsmouth & Southsea v Andover at St James's Park.
