Sixteen years old Dom Kelly was in the Hampshire XII for Friday's opening Royal London Cup match against Worcestershire at the Ageas Bowl (1100) and, probably, next Tuesday's game with Northants at Newclose on the Isle of Wight.
Kelly, who lives in Winchester, is a prodigy of Mark Garaway's Millfield School academy and has been playing Pathway and Hampshire Academy cricket this season. A top order batsman and pacey seamer, he hit a maiden Premier League hundred at Bashley (Rydal) last weekend.
