Bashley (Rydal) and Lymington cricketers observed one minute's silence in memory of Stuart MacTavish the start of their curtailed ECB Southern Premier League match at the BCG.
Stuart, who died in December, was extremely well known and liked in New Forest sporting circles having played cricket and rugby for New Milton, not to mention his prowess at the oche. He had a popular member of the South Coast Panel of Umpires for over 25 years.
