South Wilts teenager Josh Croom took 2-64 before Kensington recovered from 128-7 to post a challenging 240 all out against his adopted club Glenelg in the South Australia West End Grade semi-final in Adelaide earlier today.
The 18-year old Hampshire Academy aspirant whipped out Kensington's fifth and seventh batsmen before a late order recovery enabled the hosts to almost double their total. The late great Don Bradman played his early cricket at Kensington.
Glenelg, who are without Australia ODI batsman Alex Carey, were 55-1 at stumps, with 2016 South Wilts import Jake Winter 16 not out. Play resumes at 2330 (GMT) this evening.
