There's a two-day friendly match against Middlesex at the Ageas Bowl starting on Thursday March 21 (10.30) - admission free - and for those who fancy a spot of fresh sea air, another warm-up (excuse the pun) against Sussex at Hove, starting on Monday 25 March 2019.
The three-day friendly against Oxford University at the Parks on Sunday March 31 coincides with the start of British Summer Time (shorts and t-shirts then ?).
The County Championship season begins against 2017 champions and last year's runners-up Essex at the Ageas Bowl on Friday April 5, 11am.
