BRAGGING rights are up for grabs as north Hampshire rivals Basingstoke and North Hants and Hook and Newnham Basics clash for the first time this season at May's Bounty, 1pm.
Both sides will be looking to get themselves in the Southern League Division One promotion shake-up in what is the final match of the first round of games.
The Bountymen are unbeaten at home this season, but slipped to fifth in the table after last weekend's loss at Bournemouth.
Hook are eighth in the table and their trip last week to Totton was washed out, but both their victories this season have come on the road.
When these sides last met at May's Bounty in early June last year, it was Hook who won the 151 runs after the Bountymen were bowled out for 50, thanks to Spencer Champ and Shane Brewer.
Then in the return match Hook won by seven wickets, but the previous year it was Basingstoke who did the double.
Basingstoke will make three changes to the side which lost at Bournemouth with Richard Vinn, Craig Williamson and teenage spinner Ash Neal all coming for Dean Nurse, Lawrence Benge and Chris Froud.
Bountymen captain Stokes said: "We always enjoy playing Hook and I expect it to be a good game as both side's form is up and down this season.
Hook skipper Love said: "Spending most of the summer going up and down the M3 it is always nice to have an away game just down the road.
“We know all the players, so there is always a friendly rivalry between the teams. It is an important game for both sides with the way the league is this season."
The two bottom teams in SPL1, OTs & Romsey and Totton & Eling face tricky away days.
OTs go to out-of-touch Liphook & Ripsley, who have lost their last three games, while Totton travel to Rowledge, a tough side to beat on their own village ground.
