New Milton clinched the Southern Electric Premier Division 1 championship with an emphatic 77-run win over Hook & ewnham Basics at the KGV. Skipper James Park's 71 not out, aided by some big hitting from Toby Edwards (35). led NM to 210-6. Hook were dismissed for 133, Nick Elliott taking 5-20.
