Bashley (Rydal) are firm favourites to land a first ECB Southern Premier Division championship after pulling off a dramatic five-wicket win over Havant, with just two balls to spare at the BCG.
They successfully chased down Havant's 261-8 with two balls to spare and then doubled their celebrations when news filtered through that leading rivals South Wilts had lost by two wickets at Bournemouth.
Lymington are effectively out of the title race after losing to Burridge.
In Division 1, leaders Hook & Newnham Basics won at New Milton. Portsmouth, Sarisbury Athletic and Sparsholt all won.
SPL2 leaders Totton & Eling crashed to defeat at South Wilts, whereas in Division 3, table toppers Bashley (Rydal) II strengthened their hold without actually playing. While they were called off at Tichborne Park, second placed Fawley were beaten by relegation threatened Portsmouth & Southsea. Fareham & Crofton's ten wicket win virtually sentences Lymington II to relegation.
