Basingstoke & North Hants’ historic May’s Bounty ground will become a hotbed of action packed T20 cricket over the upcoming bank holiday weekend.
The ECB T20 South regional finals are being staged there on Sunday from 10 o’clock onwards, starting with Kent League champions Bexley against Hornchurch in the opening semi-final, followed by Bradnich (currently second in the Devon League) v Banbury.
The two winners will play the South final at 4 o’clock.
Then on Monday August 29 its Guy Jewell Trophy finals day, with Aldermaston rugby playing Hampshire League Division 2 leaders East Woodhay in the Cyril Thompson Cup final at 11 o'clock.
Then, at 2.30pm, Basingstoke & North Hants play Andover in the Guy Jewell Trophy final.
Admission to all the matches is free of charge, with plenty of on-site car parking available, though spectators are advised to bring a fold-up chair.
