Adam Davies and Luke Matthews hit unbeaten centuries as Bournemouth chased down a Burridge total of 250 to win by eight wickets with five overs to spare.
Sussex-raised Davies, who has joined the Lions from St James’s Montefiore, made 101 while Matthews brought up his first Premier Division hundred with a huge six off Cape Town all-rounder Hilio de Abreu.
The pair came together after a double strike by Sully White (2-43) accounted for Nick Park (18) and Luke Webb (19), which left Bournemouth 43-2. The pair then added an unbroken 210 for the third wicket.
Earlier, Burridge batted consistently down the order, with opener Azim Chowdhury (41) and Richard Lock (35) easing their score to 96 before former Hampshire batsman Derek Kenway (54) and De Abreu (53) hit fifties.
But with Davies and Matthews scoring unbeaten centuries, the Burridge total of 250-8 was arguably 30 shy of what they needed.
