Calmore Sports and Old Tauntonians & Romsey were the losers as rain virtually washed out the entire final day of Southern Electric Premier League fixtures.
Bowled out for 90 and beaten by 90 runs by Basingstoke & North Hants, Calmore Sports have finished bottom of Division 1.
The topsy-turvy finish in Division 2 continued until the very end, with Portsmouth taking the title after OTs & Romsey messed up against already relegated Hursley Park, who defended 181-9 (Andy Marks 50). Needing to win the match to take the title, OTs slithered to 106 all out.
In the Premier Division, Tom Morton hit 106 as South Wilts posted 195-5 before the rains came at Alton.
With no other results received, it has not been possible to clarify any potential promotion/relegation situations, other than those known before start of play.
