Skipper Joe Collings-Wells led from the front with 117 - his fourth ECB Southern Premier League century - as Burridge chased down the Hampshire Academy's 252 to win by two wickets at windswept Botley Road.
He took responsibility for the run chase after openers Mat Goles (10) and Jack Paskins had gone cheaply, the South African - eyeing a fourth SPL hundred - feathering a catch behind in the second over having hit a four and a six.
Collings-Wells responsibly underpinned the innings, hitting two sixes and 13 fours, and sharing important partnerships with Azim Chowdhury (29) and later Inayat Ullah (37 not out) as Burridge maintained the required run rate.
Tom Cheater (4-58) and Ethan Baker (3-73) made inroads, but Burridge always looked comfortable, even though they lost eight wickets in winning the game.
Earlier, Wilf Fontaine Jackson (24) and Sam Ashman (23) gave the Academy a sound start, but it was the century stand between Dom Kelly (73) and Jude Wright (46) which guided the county youngsters into a potentially strong position.
But, having reached 168-2, the Academy lost three quick wickets - two to Goles - before Bradfield College prospect Andrew MacEwen (57) hit a maiden half-century to keep the innings alive. Ullah took 4-59.
