Can you make a difference by taking up a role in cricket beyond club level ?
Do you have the ideas, energy and time to help provide the experience players want ?
Roles range from organisational to administrative:
• non-executive directors and club cricket forum * (Hampshire Cricket Board)
• senior/junior leagues and officials associations (various)
To express an interest simply email [email protected] initially by 15th November with brief details of your area of interest and the Hampshire Cricket Board will contact you to try and match you with the relevant organisation(s) and role(s).
*This group exists to create clubs and leagues that provide the experience players want in line with the ECB Cricket Unleashed Strategy 2016-2020. It reports to the Clubs and Leagues Forum (a Hampshire Cricket Board group consisting of leagues, officials, Hampshire Cricket Board, Hampshire Cricket) and its aims include:
• review of changes to date
• reduce length of day
• reconnect the game with its players and volunteers
• reduce administration via digital adoption
• recruit and develop volunteers
• transition of juniors into open age cricket.
