They followed up impressive performances in the earlier rounds against Steeple Langford (nine wickets), Goatacre (82 runs) and Corsham (nine wickets) to restrict Winsley to 117-8 and polish off the runs with 13 balls to spare, William Welsh (52 retired) hitting his second fifty of the competition.
George Gairdner hit 26, with Thomas Whiting following up a three-wicket return with the ball to make an unbeaten 21.
St Cross Symondians beat Totton & Eling by 14 runs, the Hampshire final being run on a nine-a-side 100-ball basis.
An unbeaten 45 by Jack Birch underpinned a St Cross total of 87, Freddie Banks returning  amazing figures of five wickets for six runs.  Ben Holbrook took 3-13.   Max Connolly (27 ret) top scored in Totton's 75-5, Jack Roberts taking 3-15.
St Cross Symondians will host the winners of tonight's (Friday) Dorset county final between Hamworthy and Wimborne on Sunday July 3.
