Kieron Geyle, the former Sarisbury Athletic all-rounder, was man-of-the-match as Southampton Solent University beat Durham MCCU by 62 runs in the extreme north-east. The exiled Zimbabwean made 73 and cut through the lower Durham innings with four wickets. Jack Bransgrove hit 49* as Solent made 233 and later bowled Durham out for 161. Solent had lost to Cardiff MCCU earlier this week.
