The winners will face either Hook & Newnham Basics or Waterlooville, who meet in the second semi-final, which is due to begin at 7.40pm.
Led by past Lord's winner Dave Banks (pictured in action by Bob Selly), Sparsholt are making their debut in the county finals, while Waterlooville will want to rid themselves of some indifferent previous performances at the Ageas Bowl when they face a youthful Hook & Newnham Basics side.

South Wilts bid to join Bashley (Rydal) in the south-west regionals when they face Biddestone and Swindon Asians in the Wiltshire finals at Pewsey on Sunday.
Bashley beat Ryde by five wickets last weekend to tee up a SW regional tie with Exeter University at Taunton next Sunday afternoon.
* It’s a big Saturday for Hartley Wintney skipper Will Kerr, who plays for Birmingham University in the BUCS finals at Edgbaston.
