Hampshire Seniors' captain Nic Gargaro has his double-headed coin at the ready and is banking on Richard Gaunt, his Wiltshire opposite number, calling 'tails' ahead of Wednesday's ECB 50-plus County Championship south-west group match at Sparsholt, 1pm.
"Both sides will be clamouring to bat first in the sweltering heat. The toss will be vital, so I'll have my special coin in my pocket," Gargaro joked.
Hampshire lie second in the group table, two points behind Devon whom they thrashed last Wednesday, so a victory over Wiltshire will put them top.
Wiltshire were heavily beaten by 102 runs by Dorset, who Hampshire are due to host in their last zonal match.
