Hampshire 60-plus 2018
Standing (from left): Dick Batchelor (scorer), Rick Marston, John Paine, Martin Shephard, Nick Board, Jon Floyd, Graham Baker. Seated: Kevin McCarthy, Chris Yates, Geoff Beale, John Rickard (Chairman), Iain Britton, Steve Mitchell.
Hampshire Seniors have work to do if they are to qualify for the last 16 of the National Sixties Cricket Championships.
Four wins from seven matches has left them third in the six-county West group, but they will need to emerge victorious from at least two of their remaining three games to secure a place in the national phase of the competition.
They face home games with winless Wiltshire (Hursley Park, Tuesday) and Somerset, either side of a visit to table topping Wales.
Skipper Geoff Beale has been in good form, with former Sainys midfielder Graham Baker hitting 80 against Wiltshire.
