Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) is responsible for growing the recreational game in the county and aims to inspire girls and boys to play cricket through the delivery of school, club and community-based programmes.
HCB is recruiting a Cricket Development Manager (salary £26,000pa), who will play a vital role in supporting clubs to drive the growth and accessibility of junior cricket in Hampshire. This will be achieved by providing a fantastic first experience for young people through the delivery of All Stars and Dynamos cricket, as well as well managing all junior competitions in Hampshire.
