At 17-2 after a double new ball burst by Dan Scott, Amersham posted 302-4 with Andrew Viney’s unbeaten 127 containing seven maximums and ten fours.
Alex Hammond responded with 104 in Alton’s 285-4, Scott Myers making 62.
Portsmouth University student Krissie Mistry celebrated his Havant debut with a 4-14 return against Chichester Priory Park, who recovered from 18-3 to chase down 126-9 and win by three wickets at The Park.
Teenager Ollie Perkins (27) spared Havant’s batting blushes, Joe De La Fuente taking 3-15. Charlie Futcher (57) was CPP’s batting match winner.
Max Goddard took 4-9 as Middleton made 187-7 before bowling Waterlooville out for 105 (Dan Birch 26, Tommy Greene 26).
