The 49th edition of The Cricketer Village Cup will start on Sunday, July 26 – three months later than originally planned. It was suspended indefinitely following the coronavirus outbreak.
The rearranged tournament will stick to its original 40-over format, with rounds taking place each Sunday until the final at Lord’s in mid-September
Groups have been redrawn, with first round ties including: Blackheath v Rowledge, Bramshaw v Oakley, Sarisbury Athletic v Sparsholt, Tichborne Park v Easton & Martyr Worthy, Overton v Ventnor, Shrewton v Goatacre, Redlynch & Hale v Oldbridge, Horningsham v Parley, Balcombe v Liphook & Ripsley.
