New Milton cricketer Oli Shrubsole looks set to miss the entire season after rupturing his right ACL for a second time.
Seven years ago, aged 17, he was stretchered off the field in a Sunday friendly at Swanage and underwent significant surgery. Last Saturday at Calmore, his studs became stuck in the soft Loperwood Park outfield and his knee collapsed again. He's now on crutches and awaiting an MRI scan next Thursday.
