Hampshire all-rounder Chris Wood is out of the promotion chasing Old Tauntonians & Romsey side to face Division 2 rivals Hartley Wintney at the Romsey Sports Centre, 1pm.
OTs lie second, 19 points adrift of leaders Totton & Eling and could seriously dent Hartley Wintney’s own chances with a home win.
OTs & Romsey: R Newman, P Newman, De Stephano, Woodall, King, Vaughn, Brown, Trodd, Welch, Mogg, Bampton
Totton send an unchanged side to historic Hambledon, who currently occupy the second from bottom relegation spot.
Totton & Eling: Mbofana, Clouting, J Taylor, E Taylor, Bracey, Perrin, Geyle, Sharma, Darney, Collier, George.
Sparsholt face a tricky visit to Whitemoor Lane, where Paultons must make do without Robbie Pike, who is serving a one-match suspension.
Paultons: Richman, Ennew, Grierson, Feltham, Hills, Bills, Metcalfe O'Brien, Holgate, Lamb, Denney.
Sparsholt: Haworth, Norris, Dunford, Frith, Kennett, Foster, Banks, Doubell, Mitchell, Weir, Stone.
St Cross Symondians II host relegation threatened South Wilts II, who are 26 points off safety and in desperate need of a win.
St Cross Symondians II: Mitchell, Hawkins, Laney, Haworth, Middleton, A Ayers, Orchard, Barrett, Rathod, Trussler, Perry-Lewis.
South Wilts II: Phillips, Berzins, Hansford, R Pittman, Pearce, S Pittman, Kidd, Booth, Matt Burton, Richards, Marc Burton.
Waterlooville will be without the suspended James Scutt for the top-table clash with SPL3 leaders Basingstoke & North Hants at Rowlands Avenue.
Scutt has been banned for two matches, with four more suspended, for on-field indiscipline.
Third placed Bashley (Rydal), boosted by Tom Gates and Patrick Holly’s return from Academy duties, host Purbrook, while Fawley go to Gosport Borough anxious to improve their lowly standing.
Fawley: Knacke, A Parratt, B Parratt, K Earl, Smith, Freeman, C Earl, Leach, Brown, Cole, Nason.
Fair Oak host fellow strugglers Alton II at Lapstone Park without at least five regulars.
Fair Oak: G.Stewart, A.Rowles, A.Abbas, T.Hockenhull, E.Kemp, M.Watson, R.Oxley, R.Featherstone, R.Stewart, A.Mash, J.Salmon.
Nic Turner pulled a hamstring in last week’s defeat by Waterlooville and could miss Hursley Park’s next four matches.
But a bonus for Hursley against Havant II is that Oli Green, Tom Burns and Neil Jackson are all back.
Hursley Park: Marks, Deacon, Wateridge, Branford, Jackson, Bailey, Flynn, Green, Burns, Kajendran, James.
