South Wilts all-rounder Arthur Godsal has flown to Australia to spend the next two months playing for Corowa in the Cricket Albany Premiership based (near enough) on the NSW/Victoria state border.
An ECB Southern Premier Division champion with South Wilts last summer and a member of the England National Counties side which won the European T20 Cup in Spain in the autumn, Godsal made his debit on Aussie soil at the weekend, taking 2-40 off eight overs in a narrow two-run defeat by Belvoir.
Sholing based Luke Evans plays in the same Albany competition for St Patrick's.
