Next month’s Southern Electric twenty20 Cup quarter-finals are to be spread over three separate Sunday afternoons.
The popular short-form knockout competition, which culminates in a floodlight final at the Ageas Bowl in mid-August, is still playing second round catch up.
But the t20 will be down to a last eight after Havant and South Wilts, who have been involved in the ECB Royal London Cup, play their outstanding ties this Sunday.
Havant host Gosport Borough for the right to visit Paultons on July 5, while cup holders South Wilts will travel to Liphook & Ripsley, provided they overcome Calmore Sports at Bemerton, 3pm.
The Hampshire Academy will play Sarisbury Athletic on the Ageas Bowl Nursery Ground on Sunday July 12.
The last of the quarter-finals – Bashley (Rydal) against St Cross Symondians – is at the BCG on July 26.
