The draw for the first round of the Southern Premier League T20 knockout has produced several stand-ot pairings, with Burridge set to host near neighbours Sarisbury Athletic, cup holders Havant against Bashley (Rydal) and Portsmouth drawn at home to the Hampshire Academy.
Bournemouth, Gosport Borough and Liphook & Ripsley have opted out, leaving six first round ties - including the Burridge-Sarisbury Athletic derby - to be played on May 21 and the remaining ten a fortnight later on June 11.
SPL newcomers Parley will host Hambledon, who face close on a 100-mile round trip, with Premier Division champions St Cross Symondians visiting Totton & Eling's Southern Gardens.
The way the first round draw has panned out means that at least two ECB Premier Division sides will play in the Plate competition.
