Azim Chowdhury (29) and Richard Lock (21) provided support before Josh Digby (3-29) and Simon Watkins (2-39)began to make inroads with their off-spin.
Handy late runs from Oli Southon and Sully White took Burridge past the 200-mark.
Digby and Michael Porter bagged first ball ducks as Bashley rocked at 47-5, White taking 4-36 and Southon an eventual 3-56.
Things got little better at 90-8 before tail end resistance from Simon Watkins (26) and Dan Goodey (26) helped Bashley limp to 146 all out.
