Travellers have invaded Waterlooville's Rowlands Avenue ground causing Saturday's top of the table Southern Premier League Division 2 showdown with unbeaten leaders Hambledon to be called off.
The unwanted guests have parked 20 or so caravans, plus assorted vehicles, on the near outfield and close to the clubhouse.
A Waterlooville CC spokesman said: "We explored every avenue possible to rearrange the match, but all cricket related activities at the club have had to be suspended."
The match will be declared a 'no result' in the league table with both clubs retaining their points per match average.
