Glyn Treagus hit his first century in six seasons to set up a 46-run victory for Andover over Calmore Sports and keep the Lions tucked in 17 points behind Basingsoke & North Hants, the Southern Premier Division One leaders.
Eyeing a place in the Hampshire Seniors set-up in a year or so's time, Treagus carried his bat for 104 not out, steering Andover towards a match winning 258-7 at London Road.
It was the 11th league century of Treagus's career which has yielded close on 8,000 runs, his first, ironically coming (for Lymington) against Calmore Sports back in 1996 when he made 128*. His most recent hundred was 102 against Hook & Newnham Basics in 2018.
Treagus lost three early partners - two in quick succession to Ben Fisher - before half-century-plus stands, initially with Charlie Ayers (41) and Josh Banks-Williams (30) - got Andover past the 150-mark.
Treagus went on to hit 14 fours and completed his century shortly after Babu Veetil launched Liam Carty (3-67) for three sixes in a 12-ball 27 which saw Andover to 258-7.

Minus run gun Ben Johns, Andover progressed to 85-1 (Will Brewster 49) before losing three quick wickets - two to John Nyumbu (3-40) - before Fisher (45) and Max Bailey (30) rallied to the cause. But Calmore didn't have the depth to chase Andover's target down and were dismissed for 212.
