The Hampshire Association of Cricket Officials will be running a couple of training courses for both Umpires and Scorers prior to the start of the new season.
The Course is designed to give an overview of the basic laws of the game and how to apply them. It introduces the principles of fieldcraft and match management. All Umpires (including those at Test match level) start with this course.
Courses last one full day and will cost £30.
The first Umpire course will run at the Ageas Bowl on Sunday 15 March.
A second course will run at Old Basing Cricket Club on Sunday 29 March.
