Sparsholt will visit Liphook & Ripsley in the Watsons National Village Cup Hampshire county final at Ripsley Park on Sunday week, June 11.
While they were beating fellow semi-finalists Paultons by 69 runs, Liphook piled up 270-8 at Tichborne Park, where Sulman Ganguly helped himself to a century.
Jeremy Frith hit 85 and Dave Banks a lively 57 as Sparsholt ran up 246-6 (Tom Foster 41) before restricting Paultons to 177-7 at the Norman Edwards Ground.
Ganguly smashed two sixes and 12 fours in a blistering 112 in Liphook’s run romp, which was complemented by Gabe Broadhurst (43) and Rich Williams (34). Tichborne made 85 all out.
Redlynch & Hale made a predictable exit after Goatacre posted a formidable 244-7 at Woodfalls. James Benson made 41 of the Redlynch 138 reply.
Rowledge looked to be headed out when Surrey county semi-finalists Old Sinjungrammarians reduced them to 21-4. But Chris Board (110) and David Lloyd (71) came to the rescue with 211-4 proving too many for the Tooting visitors. Left-armer Jake Wish took 4-10 as OS were bowled out for 131.
