Joe Mitchell took his first Southern Premier League five-wicket haul as table topping Waterlooville extended their 100 per cent start to the third tier campaign with an emphatic win at Hartley Wintney.

The medium-pacer ran through the tail, taking the last four wickets - which fell for the addition of just two runs - as Hartley were dismissed for 150, only Aussie leg-spin all-rounder Lachlan Roughley (46) and James Mulvey (31) making their mark.
Archie Reynolds (26) and Jon Hudson (22) then put on 49 for the first Ville wicket before the Ville captain was caught and bowled. Josh McCoy hit five fours and two sixes en route to 42 off 46 balls as the visitors reached their target in the 34th over.
Promoted Portsmouth & Southsea enjoyed a comfortable seven wicket win over Fair Oak, shooting the visitors out for 125.
Matt Benfield quickly reduced Oaks to 30 for 3, his wickets costing 21 runs. Sam Reed (29) staged a recovery of sorts, sharing in a stand of 30 with Tom Clark.
But from 60-4 it was downhill all the way to 102-9 with the emerging Max Goddard taking 2-23 and Ewen Mansford 2-19. James Gradwell (31*) hit a six and three fours but Oaks 125 all out was never going to be enough to win.
Benfield (33) and Shaun Briggs gave the Portsmouth reply a sound start. Gradwell, Freddie Eley and Monty McKenzie then each took a wicket, but the home side’s fourth-wicket partnership put an end to proceedings. Jack Davies and Toby Hernandez made 44 not out and 25 not out respectively in an unbroken stand of 66, P&S cruising home in the 27th over of their reply.
Liphook & Ripsley's Andy Barnes smashed an unbeaten 95 off 48 balls as Hook & Newnham Basics II sizzled in the Ripsley Park sun, the hosts building on a century start to post 302-9.
Hook, on their knees after a 118-run start by Ryan Covey (66) and Kyle Nelson-Eche (48), worked their way back into contention with James Dovey's stunning 4-41 return.
But the arrival of big hitting Barnes saw Liphook's score soar from 194-7, six sixes soaring into the pine trees and another eight fours racing across the outfield. He ran out of time to get a quick-fire century.
Baked in the heat, Hook made 195, with Charlie Neville scoring an accomplished 95.
