St Cross Symondians will win the ECB Southern Premier League’s Time pennant if they beat Bashley (Rydal) in their final all-day match of the season at the Green Jackets Ground, 11am.
Last weekend’s Jimmy Adams inspired seven-wicket win at Burridge enabled St Cross (156) to leapfrog South Wilts (151) and take a five-point into their last red ball game of the summer.
St Cross, who expect to be unchanged with Adams and Hampshire colleague Ian Holland  in the line-up, have won five of their eight Time pennant games.
Although they trounced New Milton last week, Bashley’s season effectively ended with a defeat at South Wilts a fortnight ago.
They are without all-rounder Tim Taylor, opener Neil Thurgood and spin all-rounder Simon Watkins.
South Wilts, favourites for the Premiership title itself, have Jack Mynott (left) and Will Wade back for Alton’s visit to Bemerton. The Salisbury club is effectively 18 points clear at the top.
Burridge, whose title prospects were dented by last week’s defeat by St Cross Symondians, face the Hampshire Academy on the Ageas Bowl Nursery Ground.
Academy: Felix Organ, George Metzger, Fletcha Middleton, Tom Scriven, Scott Currie, Tom Prest, Tom South, George Pardoe, Mo Abass, Ajeet Dale, James Trodd.
George Watts lifted the New Forest CCA President’s Cup in his debut match as New Milton captain – he has replaced Ryan Beck at the helm – but faces a sterner test when Havant visit Fernhill.
Milton have lost all ten games and looked cast-on certainties to go down.  They lost Dorset opener Tom Arnold, caught behind for a duck.
New Milton: George Watts (capt), Lee Beck, Tom Arnold, Ryan Beck, Raff Hussey, Campbell Golding, James Adams, Josh Arnold, Olie Wilmore, Nick Gargaro, Ben Griffiths.
Lymington, who have slipped into second from bottom slot, host Basingstoke & North Hants at the Sports round.
Basingstoke: Jolley, Thane, Williamson, Makhanya , Stokes, Harsham, Neal, Griffiths, Benge, James, Thankachan.
