He took 6-38 in the first innings and 3-44 in the second, with Bashley (Rydal) left-armer Ben Fletcher (who took seven wickets in his Dorset debut in Cheshire) taking 2-46 and 3-44.
Former Hampshire 2nd XI batsman Oli Soames made scores of 55 and a match winning 91 not out in the second innings. Bashley spin all-rounder Josh Digby hit 39 and 31.
Next Sunday, Dorset begin a three-day match against defending champions Berkshire at Finchampstead, while Wiltshire entertain Oxfordshire at South Wilts. Both matches start at 11 o'clock.
