South Wilts' Jake Winter top scored amid a massive Cricket Australia batting collapse against the touring Pakistan in Cairns. Arriving at the crease with CA four wickets down and only three runs on the board, Winter struck a six-boundary 39 as the Aussies 'recovered' to post 114 in reponse to the tourists' 208 all out (Younis Khan 54). Former Totton & Eling pair Will Bosisto and Cameron Valente experienced mixed fortunes. Bosisto (0) was among three new-ball victims for Mohammad Amir (3-15), while Valente followed up his 4-36 return with a spirited 21. Pakistan made 216-6 in their second dig before bowling CA out for a meagre 109 to win by 201 runs.
